The black tea that forms the basis of this mixture inhibited remarkable characteristics specific to the type of mountainous terrain on which it grew. The mixture is completed with fragrant thyme leaves, which add playful spicy notes to the finished drink, and when the tea is infused it acquires a beautiful color with a special aroma.
