Caring for your Dolce Gusto machine

• Use filtered or bottled water — it prevents scale build-up and bitterness.
• Run a water rinse (no capsule) before and after brewing to flush oils.
• Remove and discard the capsule immediately after extraction — leaving it inside dries the puck and clogs the group.
