Eureka Mignon Specialita is a professional coffee grinder, equipped with a touch display, portion counter and micrometric grinding adjustment. The ACE system prevents the formation of lumps during grinding and neutralizes the electrostatic charge of the ground coffee. The grinder has the ability to memorize parameters, which allows returning to previously set settings, even after cleaning or repairing the coffee grinder.

The millstones of the grinder are made of steel, which ensures safety and durability. 

Grinder capacity  is 1 kg of ground coffee per day, which is perfect for home use or for cafes, bars, restaurants with low traffic.
