Puly Milk Plus - is a detergent for cleaning milk and coffee residues - a professional cleaning solution for coffee machines, which destroys the bacterial flora and ensures the complete elimination of lactic and coffee or chocolate deposits, being applicable indoors and outdoors. An effective solution for cleaning cappuccinos, pitchers and jugs, steamers and other tools from deposits of milk, coffee and chocolate (powder).
The correct, waste-free dose allows wisely and optimally to use it in a single cleaning process.

PULY MILK Plus® Liquid NSF
The first product in the world specially designed for the maintenance of espresso machines - coffee machines with the innovative thermocompression system.
Deodorizes and keeps automatic coffee machines with cappuccino system clean and hygienic, guarantees good working order by removing residues of substances (dry milk) deposits, mold and unpleasant odors. Moreover, it is indispensable in the removal of milk or chocolate residues, which are formed both inside and outside the steam wand and milk jug.
It is currently the best product in the world for the maintenance of automatic and manual milk steamers (compatible with automatic, professional and small household appliances).
To extract 25 ml of liquid, open the blue bottle cap (as shown bellow in image) from where exactly 25 ml of solution will flow.
HOW TO USE: to clean the automatic appliance (cappuccino maker) DAILY:
mix 25 ml of PULY Milk Plus liquid in half a liter of cold water;
b) insert the cappuccino maker (steam wand/tap) into a container with detergent and water, turn on the steam and rinse the cappuccino maker repeatedly for 5 seconds, 7 times in a row;
c) rinse with at least 2 liters of clean water for 5 seconds, 7 times in a row. It is absolutely impossible for the cappuccino maker to draw hot water, so use only cold water.
To clean the appliance WEEKLY:
a) mix 25 ml of PULY MILK Plus solution with half a liter of very hot water, , use plastic, stainless steel or glass (but not aluminum) containers;
b) disassemble the cappuccino maker completely (as shown in the picture) and let the pieces simmer for 2-3 hours (or overnight) and then rinse well with clean water and repeatedly. The solution should be used to clean the steam wand, milk jug and all dirty milk tools and coffee or chocolate residues.
FREQUENCY OF USE:
PULY MILK Plus Liquid is generally used every 50/100 cups of skim milk and whenever you need to return the machine to efficient operation. However, we advise at least once a day to prevent the heated milk from drying out and forming a hard crust, which is difficult to remove quickly.
SELF-CHECK::
Inspect the result. Check that the tools smell correctly. If necessary, repeat the wash.
CRITICAL POINTS:
Check that the gaskets are intact and, if necessary, replace them with new spare parts. Make sure that the drip tray drain is not clogged so that the reaction foam can flow out freely.
SAFETY:
During washing, watch out for boiling water splashes; wear protective gloves and clothing.
