Composition:

Mountain thyme and elderflowers: Possess anti-inflammatory, antimicrobial, and immunomodulatory properties. Used for treating colds, flu, and other respiratory infections.
Oregano: Has antiseptic and anti-inflammatory properties. Used for treating colds, stomach disorders, and other ailments.
Rosehips: Rich in vitamin C, helps strengthen the immune system and reduce stress levels.
Green tea and hibiscus: Rich in antioxidants and have anti-inflammatory properties. Used to improve heart health and lower cholesterol levels.
Plantain and coltsfoot: Have anti-inflammatory, antiseptic, and antitussive properties. Used for treating coughs, bronchitis, asthma, and wound healing.

Preparation method:
To prepare, pour a tea bag into a 200 ml cup at a temperature of 85-95°C for 10-15 minutes. 2-3 cups of tea per day half an hour before meals for 3-4 weeks.
