Doctor-Farm Calmo-Plus Calming-Plus 50 g Herbal Tea Infusion

Infusion, fragrant tea made from a blend of natural, medicinal herbs, known for their soothing and relaxing properties. The sweet aroma of linden flowers is harmoniously complemented by the freshness of lemon balm and the spiciness of lavender.



Composition:

Passion flower and lavender: Possess calming properties, help alleviate stress and anxiety, as well as promote improved sleep.
Lemon balm: Has anti-stress properties, helps reduce anxiety and enhance mood.
Linden flowers: Possess calming properties, improve sleep, alleviate stress and anxiety.
Hawthorn flowers: Known for their cardioprotective properties, lower blood pressure, improve blood circulation, and sleep.

Preparation method:
To prepare, pour a tea bag into a 200 ml cup at a temperature of 85-95°C for 10-15 minutes. 2-3 cups of tea per day half an hour before meals for 3-4 weeks.
