Tea made from natural herbs is recommended for supporting and proper functioning of the liver and gallbladder. It helps in the regeneration and protection of the liver.


Composition:

Milk thistle: Possesses cholagogue properties. Stimulates bile production and improves digestion.
Sage leaves: Have antioxidant properties that help protect the liver from damage by free radicals.
Yarrow and St. John's wort: Have anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties, helping to reduce inflammation in the liver and protect its cells.
Marigold flowers: Used to improve digestion, reduce inflammation, and help decrease the likelihood of gallstone formation.
Plantain leaves: Have a gentle laxative effect, helping to cleanse the body of toxins and excess cholesterol.


Preparation method:
To prepare, pour a tea bag into a 200 ml cup at a temperature of 85-95°C for 10-15 minutes. 2-3 cups of tea per day half an hour before meals for 3-4 weeks.
