Don Carlos belongs to the Carraro family, it is a blend of Arabica and Robusta varieties oriented towards the Bar industry (raw material for latte art lovers), and bears its own name for this purpose.

A quite tough coffee, intense, strong, full-bodied, with a chocolate hue and a long aftertaste - an essential base for branded dairy products (cappuccino, latte, macchiato).

This mixture is dominated by the rough character of Robusta coffee, clearly emphasisez the chocolate notes. The role of Arabica is to soothe the excess masculinity of Robusta with floral notes that are slightly tinged.
