Composition:

St. John's Wort: It has antiseptic properties, helps reduce inflammation in the gastrointestinal tract, and improves overall digestion. Calendula: It has anti-inflammatory properties, soothes irritations and inflammations in the digestive system. It also aids in the healing of mucous membranes.
Lemon Balm: It has calming properties, reduces stress and tension, and helps normalize the functioning of the stomach and intestines. Chamomile Flowers: Known for their anti-inflammatory and spasmolytic properties, as well as for improving digestion and alleviating discomfort.
Green Tea: Rich in antioxidants, it protects the cells of the gastrointestinal tract from damage and inflammation, also contributing to the overall health of the digestive system.
Acacia Flowers: Have gentle laxative properties, help improve intestinal peristalsis, and prevent constipation.

Preparation method:

To prepare, pour a tea bag into a 200 ml cup at a temperature of 85-95°C for 10-15 minutes. 2-3 cups of tea per day half an hour before meals for 3-4 weeks.
