Pellini’s flagship espresso, Top 100% Arabica beans carefully selected directly from their countries of origin, well-balanced, a taste of hazelnut cream with reddish streaks. This dark-roast espresso has been carefully prepared to ensure that it is full-bodied, yet never bitter.

The caffeine content in Pellini TOP is 1.3% and minimum dry residue 98%, and this allows to drink several cups during the day with no issue and without the risk of over-stimulating the nervous system.

The coffee cannot be picked in uncontrollable variations; it must always be equal to itself.

Pellini uses the review of the Panel Test - a sensorial analysis of the product is constantly carried out (Pellini is one of the few companies in Italy who adopted this strict method.)

Through careful examination, twenty qualified judges compare the flavors and aromas of coffee.

By exploiting all the senses, it is possible to recognize the substantial changes in the taste: from smell to the visual aspect, the coffee is subjected to careful control and will pass to distribution only with the approval of judges.
