A slow roasting and natural cooling processes further enhance the already valuable qualities of 100% Arabica blend, distinguished by a high yield even with a low level of caffeine. Specific roasting for each individual origin, so as to exalt the aromatic profile. Naturally air-cooled and left to rest in specific silos before being packaged.
