A blend of natural herbs and flowers, aimed at maintaining hormonal balance, possesses antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, and soothing effects. It helps regulate digestion, mood, and enriches the body with beneficial substances.

Composition:

Sage: Used for maintaining women's health and regulating the menstrual cycle.
Hawthorn flowers, lemon balm, and lavender: Known for their calming properties, reducing stress levels, anxiety, and improving sleep.
Licorice: Helps with hormonal balance, improves digestion, and alleviates menopausal symptoms.

Preparation method:
To prepare, pour a tea bag into a 200 ml cup at a temperature of 85-95°C for 10-15 minutes. 2-3 cups of tea per day half an hour before meals for 3-4 weeks.
