An exotic burst of tropical fruits, perfectly balanced by the freshness of mint and the fizz of club soda.
Method: Shake & Strain
Ice: Cubes (shaker & glass)
Glass: Collins / Glass (16 oz / 480 mL)
Garnish: Mint sprig, Mango slice or passion fruit

| Monin Passion Fruit Purée | 1/2 oz. | 15 mL |
| Monin Mango Purée | 1/2 oz. | 15 mL |
| Fresh Lemonade | 4 oz. | 120 mL |
| Club Soda | Top (~2 oz.) | Fill (~60 mL) |
Instructions:
- Combine passion fruit purée, mango purée, and lemonade into an ice-filled shaker.
- Cap and shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds.
- Strain into a chilled Collins glass filled with fresh ice.
- Top with club soda.
- Garnish with a fresh mint sprig and a mango slice for an authentic tropical vibe.
